Meet Helene: For over 30 years Helene Enslow has been assisting individuals in establishing a healthier, more beneficial lifestyle with a focus on self-assessment, self-renewal, and self-awareness. She has a BA in Dance and Body Analysis, is a Certified Graduate from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Health, Wellness, and Body/Mind Consciousness, is a Certified Polarity Therapist, and has a general expertise in Lightbody Activation, 12 Strand DNA Activation, Energy & Sound Work, Compassionate Non-Violent Communication, Diet & Nutrition, Education, and the Theatre Arts. Helene has years of experience sitting on non-profit Boards, (currently on the board of Honoring All Life) as well as with workshop creation and presentations.
Helene loves: walking in the woods, dancing, music, making jewelry, travel, reading, learning new ways of healing, making new friends, laughter, spending time with her kids, and simply being and enjoying life.
